Katina Dunn, a 1980 graduate of Evanston, Illinois' Northwestern University, is an accomplished writer and journalist. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, which she received from Northwestern, has served the freelance and syndicated writer well in the development of her own singular voice. Katina Dunn has earned substantial recognition from her peers, and her work has been distributed nationwide in such prominent and disparate periodicals as the New York Times, the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times, and the Orange County Register.

With the Orange County Register, Katina Dunn was able to hone her editing skills to a more finely tuned degree. For three years, Katina Dunn served as the Style Editor for the widely read OC Register. As the Orange County Register's Style Editor, Katina Dunn was responsible for ensuring the periodical's layout and content were as fluid and accessible as possible.

Katina Dunn has delivered quality freelance work to publications across the nation since 1978. When Ms. Dunn is not writing, however, she is likely found reading in her Sierra Madre, California home.
